Refund Policy

1. Overview

All GBpass subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play. Because of this, all refund matters — including eligibility, processing, and timelines — are handled by Google Play in accordance with their policies.

GBpass does not process payments or refunds directly.

2. Google Play Refund Policy

Google Play has the following general refund guidelines:

  • Within 48 hours of purchase: You may be eligible for a refund depending on the details of your purchase. You can request a refund directly through Google Play.
  • After 48 hours: Refund eligibility is determined by Google Play on a case-by-case basis. You may also contact GBpass support and we will do our best to assist you.

3. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund through any of the following methods:

Google Play App

Open Google Play › tap your profile icon › Payments & subscriptionsBudget & order history › select the order › Request a refund.

Google Play Website

Visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, find the order, and select Request a refund.

GBpass Support

Contact us at support@gbpass.net and we will guide you through the process or assist where possible.

4. Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel your GBpass subscription at any time through Google Play. When you cancel:

  • You will keep access to GBpass paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after the billing period ends.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your GBpass account or data.

To cancel: Google Play › tap your profile icon › Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions › select GBpass › Cancel subscription.

5. Important Notes

  • GBpass does not store or have access to your payment card information. All payment data is managed by Google Play.
  • Refund decisions are made by Google Play. GBpass cannot override or guarantee any refund outcome.
  • If your refund is approved, access to paid features will end once the refund is processed.

6. Regional Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days under local consumer protection laws. This right is managed through Google Play's refund process.

For users in other regions, local consumer protection laws may also apply. Google Play handles refunds in accordance with the applicable laws of your area.
